Shipping All orders sent via Royal Mail. Level of service will vary depending on the value of the break with most being sent second class signed. Most items will be delivered within 5 days of the live event however please allow 3 weeks for the items to be delivered due to ongoing delays at Royal Mail before claiming for a lost delivery. Returns No returns or refunds on opened box breaks. A refund will be issued though on lost order but will only cover the cost you paid to enter the breaks not on any potential value of the cards we pull. Cancellations You can cancel upto 48 hours before the date of the event for a full refund, if cancel after this unfortunately I cannot refund you.
